Like thousands of other business across the UK we once again find ourselves faced with a national lockdown and as before, the health and safety of all our staff, customers and business partners is our absolute priority.
We very much remain open for business and we will continue to evaluate our operations as the situation develops. Our business has the processes, IT equipment and infrastructure in place to allow our teams to work remotely from home. We continually monitor and update our contingency plans and we are confident that if we work together diligently, The Gekko Group can deliver our usual high standards of work and minimise inevitable disruption for our customers.
To meet the challenge presented by Covid-19 and the temporary shutdown of physical retail, The Gekko Group are focussing on virtual solutions. By proactively opening up new channels of engagement with third party retail partners with a view to maintaining contact, insight and momentum with store and contact centre staff, we are helping support the omni-channel approach. As we head towards the Christmas Peak trading period, we continue to Create Rewarding Connections for our brands through innovative e-learning and e-commerce solutions.
We must all do our part to help contain the spread of COVID-19 and we strongly encourage everyone to take all precautionary measures to safeguard their health, and the health of others, as recommended by World Health Organisation, British Government and Health Authorities. Finally, we'd like to thank our partners for their continued support as we navigate this ever changing situation that we and every business finds itself in.
