We have an incredible opportunity for someone with retail and/or direct sales experience to join our team to represent our prestigious home appliance brand.

This is a full-time role working flexible shifts throughout core operating hours between 9.00am to 22.00pm Mondays - Saturdays & 11:00am to 17.00pm Sundays. You will be working with a fantastic team in their brand new experience centre in Bluewater.

We are offering one successful candidate a 3 month placement with the potential of extension after.

The package:

  • Full time (37.5 hours)
  • Paid £15/hour
  • Available for shifts between 9am and 10pm Mon – Sat
  • Available for shifts on Sundays between: 11am – 5pm
  • Able to work a mix of early, mid and late shifts as well as weekends
  • A 2 week paid in-depth training and induction
  • Holiday pay

The Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide customers with engaging and informative demonstrations of the product range
  • Build relationships in store with store staff and management teams
  • Collate insight throughout your day and report back on sales, footfall and competitor information
  • Share best practice with the wider team
  • Ensure the displays in store are fully compliant at all times and any issues are reported
  • Go above and beyond to deliver outstanding customer service for our valued client
