Here at g2 we are seeking Brand Ambassadors to work part-time (Fridays and Saturdays) within a showroom for a leading retailer of quality kitchen solutions
The aim of the role is to support Kitchen Designers/Sales Consultants with the sales of the Miele brand through developing the teams product knowledge via effective, dynamic staff training whilst directly selling to customers the full range of premium built in domestic appliances from Miele.
Working every Friday and Saturday supporting two retail locations on a fortnightly rotation basis, you will be responsible for
- Proactively engaging with customers and guiding them through the buying journey
- Inspiring them with the Miele philosophy - offering products that set the standards for durability, performance, ease of use, energy efficiency, design and service
- Ensure customers choose the perfect home appliances for their new Kitchen design
- Collecting insightful industry feedback to assist Miele in future customer and store engagements
- Maximising sales
Travel costs will be recoverable as you travel between the two retail locations, delivering great experiences to each and every customer.
In addition to sales conversations you will be required to inspire store staff about Miele, sharing your product knowledge and improving confidence in the Miele brand as the ideal partner for all new quality kitchen solutions.
